Refund & Returns Policy – Veytoris
Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item under the conditions below, in accordance with UK consumer law.
1. Right to Cancel / Change of Mind (30-Day Cooling-Off Period)
You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 30 days from the day you receive the goods (cooling-off period). To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by contacting us via email within 30 days of receiving the goods:

After you have notified us of the cancellation, you then have a further 30 days to send the goods back to us.
If you paid for standard delivery, we will refund the cost of standard delivery. If you chose a more expensive delivery method, we may only refund the amount equivalent to our standard delivery option.
2. Returns Process for Change of Mind
After you have exercised your right to cancel, please contact our customer support to obtain the return address and instructions.
Once you receive this information, please:
- Pack the item securely (preferably in the original packaging),
- Include proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation, invoice, or order number).
Return shipping costs in case of change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.
Because the original shipment is often offered at a reduced or no cost and no product fault exists, the costs of the return are not covered by us in these cases.
These return shipping costs are non-refundable unless we explicitly offer free returns as part of a specific store promotion.
3. Refunds for Change of Mind
We will issue your refund within 30 days of either:
- receiving the returned goods, or
- receiving proof that the goods have been sent back (e.g. a valid tracking receipt),
whichever happens first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agree otherwise.
Please note that, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take one or two billing cycles before the refund is visible on your statement.
4. Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Goods
If an item is:
- defective or damaged,
- not of satisfactory quality, or
- not as described,
you have additional rights under UK law.
In such cases:
- You may be entitled to a full refund, repair or replacement, depending on the circumstances and the time elapsed since delivery.
- For major faults, you can generally request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
- Up to 6 months after delivery, the law generally presumes that the fault already existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.
If you believe your item is faulty or misdescribed, please contact us before returning the item and include clear photos or videos showing the problem.

Where a return is necessary due to a genuine defect or misdescription, we will:
- refund the full purchase price, and
- refund your reasonable return shipping costs once the fault is confirmed.
5. Items That Cannot Be Returned for Change of Mind
The following items cannot be returned if they are simply unwanted (change of mind), unless they are faulty:
- Perishable goods
- Intimate apparel or hygiene-related products
- Gift cards
- Personalised or bespoke items
- Digital products
If any such item is faulty, you still have your rights under the “Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Goods” section above.
6. Additional Provisions & Legal Rights
- This policy is in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit or exclude them.
- Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and applicable UK consumer protection regulations.
